Product Pages Relaunch
The website of a well-known insurance company had been live for several years and functioned reliably, but its structure and navigation were no longer clear. The goal of the project was to improve the user experience and visual design of the product pages, while also creating reusable components that could support other pages across the site.

Problem Space
An analysis of the existing website revealed several usability issues. The page lacked a clear primary goal and presented too much information above the fold, resulting in a weak visual hierarchy. Repetitive sections and generic CTAs increased cognitive load and made decision-making harder for users. In addition, the existing design system was outdated and did not fully meet accessibility standards, which limited consistency and usability across the site.
My Role
My responsibilities included improving and expanding the existing design system to ensure better consistency and reusability. I redesigned the product pages from a visual, accessibility, and UX perspective, working closely with the client and iterating based on feedback.
As part of the redesign, I created a new icon set to highlight key services and improve content scannability. Previously, the products lacked clear visual distinction and relied mainly on stock imagery, with no consistent iconography in place. The new icons helped clarify product differences while maintaining consistency within a shared design system.
Outcome
The redesigned pages offer a clearer structure and a more focused user flow. Key information is easier to find, and the visual hierarchy helps guide users through the content. Reusable components strengthened the design system and made it easier to scale. Trust signals and CTAs were placed more intentionally, supporting clearer and more confident user decisions. The client was satisfied with the final outcome and the improved foundation for future development.
